SEA-EU Alliance participated in the virtual event for the presentation of capacities and opportunities of the SEA-EU universities, associated members and territories, to the Blue Economy SMEs (small and medium enterprises) of the Province of Cadiz.

The aim of this action was to promote the internationalization of PYMES in the province of Cádiz and strengthen their contact with the research groups of the University of Cádiz and the other SEA-EU Universities that work in the field of the Blue Economy. This activity is proposed as an optimal tool to align the needs and the search for new opportunities of companies in the province of Cádiz with the investigative and innovative capacities offered by the SEA-EU alliance in these strategic issues, which allows the identification of good practices and may lead to the establishment of new lines of business, with an international projection.

There were two main actions organized:

Action 1: September 28th – Virtual event for the presentation of capacities and opportunities of the SEA-EU universities, associated members and territories, to the Blue Economy SMEs (small and medium enterprises) of the Province of Cadiz.

Action 2: October 8th – Promotion of the collaboration between SEA-EU knowledge agents and economic actors of the Cadiz Province to explore the possibility of joint project proposals in the Horizon 2021-2027 Call, as well as other calls from the European Union.
