Dear students and colleagues,

You can already find on the web page of the Faculty of Marine and Environmental Sciences -UCA (https://ccmaryambientales.uca.es/sacma-2023/) the rules and documentation of the VIII Student Symposium of the Faculty of Marine and Environmental Sciences (SACMA 2023).

As you might know, this symposium aims to be the first contact of our students (Bachelor, Master and PhD) with a research conference.  A special poster session will be held for students from all partner universities within the framework of the European University of the Seas (SEA-EU). A prize will be awarded for the Best SEA-EU Poster.

This year we are committed to the dissemination of the work presented and its publication in social networks will be promoted, so that all SACMA participants can also submit a video in “reels” format for dissemination through the social networks of the faculty (INSTAGRAM: @fac. cienciasmarambientalesuca; Twitter: @sacma_UCA) and the SEA-EU (INSTAGRAM: @seaeu_uca). For this, the hashtags #SACMA and #SACMA2023 will be used. This modality will also be awarded. 

It will also be possible to participate as an attendee on-site in the different sessions, without the need to present any communication. To do so, the registration form had to be completed before April 23.

Deadline for submission of abstracts: March 1st, 14:00 h
